Roy Carter is a dedicated real estate professional who brings a lifetime of service, discipline, and integrity to every client relationship. A Texas native, Roy has spent much of his life in Texas and Oklahoma, and also lived in Hawaii during his time stationed there with the United States Marine Corps. His approach to real estate is guided by a simple philosophy: relationships matter more than transactions, and doing what is right always comes first, even when it is difficult.

Before joining Levin Rinke Realty, Roy worked as a Dedicated Crew Chief for the United States Air Force as a DOD civilian employee for eight years. He served on the C17 and later on the KC46 Pegasus when it was introduced into the Air Force inventory. He also holds FAA Airframe and Powerplant certifications, which allow him to work on any aircraft in the United States. Working with officers and enlisted members of all ranks, and solving complex problems in rapid fire situations to ensure mission completion, equipped him with the mental and emotional stability to handle any challenging situation. These strengths now guide the way he supports his clients.

Roy chose real estate to have the freedom to help people find a home for their heart. Clients value his integrity, honesty, and client first mindset. Known for his determination, perseverance, and willingness to go above and beyond, Roy is the kind of agent who will do whatever it takes to get the job done.

Beyond real estate, Roy actively supports the veteran community by volunteering with a fishing charter run by veterans for veterans. The group uses its own resources to take veterans offshore, offering space to decompress and connect with others who share similar experiences. In his free time, Roy enjoys boating, deep sea fishing, training his new puppy, lifting weights, exploring local mom and pop restaurants, and selling pottery and art at venues throughout Pensacola.

Driven by a stubbornness to never quit until the goal is reached, Roy ensures his clients feel supported, informed, and confident throughout their real estate journey.
